What hosting a 5 IN 12 rollout looks like
It isn't an event you book and forget — it's a twelve-month rhythm you host. Here's exactly what it looks like. We'll help you through the entire journey so your church or city team will experience the tremendous impact and produce tremendous fruit for the Kingdom.
Cast vision & gather a host team
Rally a coalition of churches and ministries around a shared vision — with clear expectations for the entire one-year rollout. Recruit a host and a 4Fields lead trainer, and pray-walk your neighborhoods beforehand.
Schedule the five trainings
Set the three Gospel Conversations roughly twelve weeks apart, then the 4Fields Intensive and Midlevel Training. Add your city to the shared Schedule.
Launch weekly discipleship groups
The same week as training #1, get Commands of Christ discipleship groups running so people obey what they just learned.
Sustain a weekly Community of Practice
Between every touch, gather to discover the rhythms of disciple making together — with one another and with coaches farther along.
